At Carma, we believe people are the heart of every community. Residents become neighbours and neighbours soon become friends.

The McKenzie Towne Council is an incorporated resident's association that operates and maintains common amenities and features in the community. Like other resident's associations that Carma creates in its developments, it is a private, not-for-profit organization. Its mandate is to ensure that McKenzie Towne residents will continue to enjoy superior features and amenities over time.

Membership in the association comes with the purchase of any McKenzie Towne home. It is automatic and mandatory. Membership dues are approximately $200 plus GST per year effective June 1st, subject to adjustment for inflation (actual amount may vary depending on the specific village residents association). Payment is secured by a Rent Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) that is registered on the title of each lot.
