McKenzie Towne-Hall
Located at the traffic circle, McKenzie Towne Hall is a central amenity exclusive to McKenzie Towne residents and offers a wonderful recreational space for programmed activities, community meetings and club events. The 15,600 sq. ft. building contains a gymnasium – perfect for floor hockey, basketball and community events. The building also has several multi-purpose rooms for such things as Brownie or Scout meetings, parent & tot classes, programmed activities like yoga or booking your own special occasion. Residents can also enjoy outdoor play areas and patio and deck space that provides wonderful panoramic views of the community and mountains. To ensure this valuable amenity is maintained for the long-term enjoyment of the residents, annual residents’ association fees in McKenzie Towne will be approximately $184.76 plus GST per year (subject to adjustment for inflation).
